OH My… where to begin? There are so many to thank. I know that my success is only because I have a strong support system. First, I must first Thank GOD who is the giver of all gifts and the sustainer of my life! I thank my dear sweet husband Sam; he is my number one fan and always reminds me of why I do what I do. I thank my Parents (who are responsible for my genetics) and siblings (who definitely remind me that I am human) and to my extended family – I appreciated your support.

Now – last but not least my gym “family” - Mike Davies my trainer since 2003 – and friend - thanks for being there for me – not only with great workouts and diets but with your heart as well. You're constantly pushing me to be better! A shout out to Bri T. my “newbie” training partner and best gal pal. Julie Palmer a friend, a veteran competitor, a good person and a constant inspiration to me! - And to all of my clients who endure my quirks and demeanor from day to day - know that you are all appreciated and I am blessed that you have chosen to let me be a part of your lives.
