OH My… where to begin? There are
so many to thank. I know that my success is only because I
have a strong support system. First, I must first Thank GOD
who is the giver of all gifts and the sustainer of my life!
I thank my dear sweet husband Sam; he is my number one fan
and always reminds me of why I do what I do. I thank my Parents
(who are responsible for my genetics) and siblings (who definitely
remind me that I am human) and to my extended family –
I appreciated your support.

for being there for me – not only with great workouts
and diets but with your heart as well. You're constantly pushing
